Word of mouth. No one thought it would be good service. We Americans are a bit hypnotized by advertising. I’ve told many people and they look at me like I have a tin foil hat on. I hope more people take the red pill.

Do I cancel my tmobile account after I port my number? Or do I port when I am still active on tmobile? I'm not sure what comes first.

Cancel your account with them only after your port has gone through and your line is active on our end.

Yep! once logged in to your US Mobile dashboard, you should see an option to 'add a new line' on the panel on your left, follow through to bring your number over to us. Our CS is available 24/7 in case you need help.

Am currently with Verizon prepaid and am wanting to switch over, however can't get my account number and port pin from them! What do I do?

No problem at all - your account number and PIN should be accessible in your carrier app under profile settings. Alternatively, you can arrange a conference call with our support team, and we'll help you switch over!
