I bought the original switchback 22 with the two tone bare titanium design. Why did you change the coupler baffle design and coatings? Why isn’t this product called the Switchback 22 2.0? Is this quieter than the original design? Do you offer an upgrade path for original switchback 1.0 customers?

Yeah, I've got the original one too. Not sure why they don't differentiate. I haven't had any problems with mine, but then I started on a Spectre II and haven't had any problems with that either.

The differences are aesthetics only. The performance of the original Switchback is the exact same as the new one.

You are referring to the original Switchback. This video features the Switchback 2.0. They have slight cosmetic differences but have the same performance.

This thing is NOT silent. I use it in a savage 22 rifle, still loud.

I like the split piece feature of my sparrow better. This one will get gunked up with lead from 22 and will make it impossible to dissamble
