Realizing that some people teach you in reverse! Knowing that hurting people hurt peiple doesnt help alieviate the pain they inflict. However realizing thatvthings happen for me and not to me, and understanding that everyone has a different capacity and some people teach in reverse. My mom was such a train wreck Im thankful she left so she couldn't do anymore damage. She taught me how not to be a mother, the importance of mental health And many other lessons through the pain she inflicted on me.

Extraordinary person reading this, you are not define by your circumstance or your past. It’s not what happened to you that determines your success in life; it is how you deal with those circumstances that determines your success in life! You are strong, you are capable and practice forgiveness and gratitude everyday. This will change the course of your life forever! Love you always and I believe in you wholeheartedly ✨❤️ - Nat

DETECTING PATTERNS in how we speak to ourselves is KEY in creating the vision of ourselves. This was key for me in early recovery, guides me in current goals, and helps those I guide. WE need to become aware of the specific phrases that continue to give us an un-easy gut reaction. TIP: 1. Take an inventory of these statements. 2. Make it mandatory to combat this with WORDS TO YOURSELF that are accurate and kind. 3. Create and recite an affirmation each morning, specific to you, detailing you deserve happiness. BEST PRACTICES and WISHES to us ALL!

I've been learning a lot about healing your inner child. As I didn't have a bad childhood, I did have some bad things happen to me in my late teens, early 20s... OMGosh! The things I'm learning about myself are so healing ❤️ Just a suggestion for your healing, as well. Best of luck

Wasn't sure where to write this. It's off topic. My apologies. I wanted to highlight the work of KZbinr Kendall Rae. Her work deserves a lot of attention. At first I thought she was just telling stories about true crime. Then I realized she is doing so much more. It's so much more than telling a story, she highlights current cases about missing people who are not getting the police support or media recognition they deserve. It's a movement for better police work, highlighting racism and racial profiling, cautionary tales, raising money for families of victims, and giving a voice to those who are not being heard. This is great work. Kendall also works directly with the families of those who are missing or murdered to give them a platform and to tell their side of the story as well as to raise awareness in case there are any witnesses or unaccounted for evidence. The families trust her and are so grateful to her. Kendall donates her own money and encourages donations to the families. Kendall's followers really appreciate her for the work she is doing and the way she is doing it. Her demeanor is very heartfelt, respectful, and caring. I just feel that she deserves some recognition and more attention for what she is doing. She is making a huge impact on families. Especially the black community who's stories don't get media attention. The money Kendall raises goes towards hiring detectives. Kendall's followers have pressured the police to do more often reopening cases. I think she'd be a perfect guest for your channel. xo Checkout the recent videos on Caitlin Denison and Jelani Day to get an idea of her impact. There are many other videos like them. The comments to her videos also show what a great and supportive community Kendall has.

wish Lisa would stop saying FRICKEN so much.......dumbs her commentary down
@jordantoronto8632 жыл бұрын
You know, I don’t think it dumbs anything down for someone to authentically be themselves and speak however is natural to them. If it’s distracting and doesn’t resonate with you, maybe you need to go somewhere else to be inspired. But it’s comments like this that feed a problematic narrative that we all get to weigh in on how everyone else presents themselves, to try to get them to be what we need them to be, rather than celebrating each other’s authenticity.
@lisabilyeu81032 жыл бұрын
@@jordantoronto863 I honestly couldn’t have put this better myself! It’s such a form of my authentic expression but I also totally get I’m not everyone’s cup of tea! I do strive everyday to change the thinking around judging eachother for the way we talk and express ourselves and this is actually just a kind reminder that I’m not there yet. So I truly embrace Fullmoons feedback. And at the same time Jordan I even more appreciate your understanding and your effort to help and reply to people with a different perspective with such Grace! I take my hat off to you homie!! 🙌❤️
