"Any thought that goes against the truth of who God is must be brought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" Amen! You gave great applications that encouraged me: "My identity is not found in what other people think about me and that I ultimately can't control that." "Care more about pleasing God" Gal 1:10 "Am I trying to please man or God?" "Unless the Lord builds the house those who build it labor in vain" Psalm 127 "While we labor, God is ultimately the one who builds the house, so I don't need to eat the bread of anxious toil." "I can simply faithfully work and trust God to be the one who builds the house." "I am to forgive as Christ forgave me." "Be kind to one another tenderhearted, forgiving one another as God in Christ forgave you." Ephesians 4

Kaci, this was so timely. Everywhere I go I am being reminded to “take every thought captive.” I really need to learn this.

Yes! For me, To take every thought captive is something I've been working on for 20 years and I think I am at an encouragng place in my life after listening to another sermon and also this video. To take every thought captive is challenging the lies in our minds and replacing it with what's true- what God said about it for me. Thank you for your videos!

I just loved the style of this video! It’s so inspiring how deeply you dig into the word to find the meaning of different verses. I definitely needed to explore this particular verse more in depth, as I’ve been convicted lately to control the ways I allow myself to think. Thank you so much for taking the time to create Biblical content. It’s always such a blessing when you upload! ❤️

Good morning Kaci, (I love the spelling of your name). I just wanted to bring something to your attention, inrelated to the cintent of what you just presented. I am a Seventh Day Adventist; have you ever heard of a (7th) Day Adventist? We believe in the word of God totally and that the Bible can interpret itself if we study it correctly. We believe, as God teaches, that the "Sabbath" is the 7th day of the week, that the Sabbath never changed as some men teach. I have a sight that I would like to introduce you to, (actually 2 sights) 1 ~ is , where the main speaker is Pastor Doug Batchelor and 2 ~ (3 Angels Broadcasting Network) where there are many Biblical speakers, the main person is Danny Shelton. I would encourage you to go on to these sights and discovers many Biblical truths that many people don't know. God bless you in your continued journey. My name is Kathy Sundquist and I live in Shelton, WA

John 3:16- For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. A: Admit Romans 3:23- For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. * We have been born into sin. B: Believe * John 3:16- For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. * Jesus Christ loves everyone enough that he died for our sins, to pay the penalty for their sin that they should’ve paid. C: Confess * Romans 10:9- If you confess with your mouth “Jesus is Lord”, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Wearing shorts is not modest. 1 Timothy 2:9-10 (King James Version) 9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; 10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
