How to Take Out Background Noise in Final Cut Pro

good video bro. Whenever I use noise reduction though my FCP slows down so much that it's almost unusable. I use 4k24fps footage filmed at 10 bit 4.2.2 without proxy files and have a 2023 macbook pro m2 chip. How can I get FCP to have a smooth workflow and export using NR?

I have a video of me riding my motorcycle past the camera. My son says something while I'm filming. So I have the great sound of my motorcycle as it approaches then passes the cameras. However it's ruined by my son talking. So How do I just remove him talking?

Kids ruin everything! That'll be really tough to remove just him. I would record your motorcycle again and overlay the new audio.

He's a great kid. I showed him the video and he said sorry. I'm not upset with him. I was just hoping there would be some way (AI or something) to just remove his words.
