Also, men care about looks a lot more than people think. So simply put, he might be trying to convince her to like him because he has never seen a girl as pretty as her. i need help here.. this girl and i have been talking for about a month now and we've hung out once and i dropped the ball being needy and stuff but she drove down planned to stay the weekend because she just had to find out what i was about, like i said, i kinda dropped the ball while she was here maybe being too chill and confusing to her.. anyway, she lives about 2 hours away from me and after she left she said she needed space, i gave it to her, she texted me back a couple days later and i took your advice and said thanks for reaching out its so good to hear from you, hope youre doing well.. her response was wow you got over me quick. i just said not at all actually and we wont off to talking about things that happened that she didnt like and i owned up to it, told her that wasnt a good representation of me because really guys, im usually a ladies man but damnit when i see a girl i actually really like i tend to get bad anxiety, idk why.. its just always been like that since breaking up with my ex of 5 years and being rejected for trying to be too serious too fast as if im just hitting the resume button on how the long relationship was.. anyways, long story long, i convinced this girl to give me another shot and we're still talking but she is obviously testing me here to see if im being truthful about the needinees change, which is cool, but idk what to do here moving forward, she doesnt seem to be the texting type but she also doesnt like to be on the phone either unless its late at night and she has nothing to do that night. we had a 5 and a half hour convo before she came here last weekend and also a few 2-3 hour facetimes and other calls. all before she came here but admitted that even during that time she had been kinda annoyed with how much i was trying to talk to her but i mean i guess after having such long conversations i thought she was pretty into me and wanted to talk more. she is basically sending me a text every hour or so not really seeming too interested in asking me questions and getting to know me more, its just her answering my text message and not really adding anything to the conversation. her grandma she really loved died this month a couple years ago and she said that she is kinda having a hard time with that and idk what to do here. long distance, doesnt really wanna talk too much, and im the type of guy thats really understanding but i love so hard and cant help sometimes but just want to talk because i like her.. what can i do to make sure i bring back that spark back and make her chase me again? i've watched those videos, but idk if i can take space from her when i know shes gonna be texting me or calling me every now and then. someone help lol

As a man, i would avoid all this, I never show interest or I just show interest in a way like I'm just talking to the girl to finish the convo asap, so i can do something that's more worth it then talking to a girl that can't offer me nothing at the moment, it gets me out of balance and it's like I'm manipulating my testosterone level in a way to force myself to start talking bullshit.. The girls that put in effort to keep on talking with me and letting me feel like I'm the one that she's attracted to, makes it much easier for me, but never choose to settle down because woman manipulate man in a way that most of the man won't understand, that's also how most of the guys in a relationship gets weak, the woman let the guy get in touch with his femine side, that's also will cause her to lose interest.. You can see it as a game or just like your own damn instinct telling you to avoid friends that are weak or fake alpha, I never could be part of a friend group identity, that ain't me, so being a lone wolf I guess will make you stronger, being a lion scares of the group of wolves and being a fox is when you're out smarting a lion.. (machiavelli theory works also a lot in the business world)
