It's good to narrate activities and surroundings. I've done that a lot with family and friend's babies when I've babysat. But in a regular tone of voice, so I'm wondering, is the higher pitch/song like voice better to use? Can babies hear that easier?

Talk to baby in multiple languages... Most probably your baby will grasp all 3 language because of his very young age

Woohoo how does it go? My bf is an American and I can't imagine him speaking another language. That would be crazy... However I think children should focus on one language as their mother tongue so they can learn it properly... We all know the bi/multilinguals' struggles. But expose them to all three languages... Either way you won't prevent sentences like "Das ist ein monkey!" 😄

Hi is it fine to talk with my baby in dual language (like english or his native hindi) or i am just make things more complex..
@jackimoon82843 жыл бұрын
i say go for both! My husband speaks Nepali and HIndi to our baby boy- i speak to him in Spanish and English. I know it sounds like a lot but I knew a couple (South Indian man, Latina woman) who had two kids together. They practiced all of their letters and numbers in five languages! Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English and Spanish. The kids totally got it! they just made sure to always separate the groups of words as not to lead to confusion. The earlier you expose them the better. Your child will be glad to know his mother tounge as he becomes older. That stuff is important! Good luck and congratulations!
