Hi bro, we are on the same boat but, let me tell you this. 1st half of the story I was suffering like you, and 2nd part, I guess I’m will a full charge power source in me. You need to get out of your comfort zone. If you still get that sort of feelings you mention above, it means you did not really really try to move out of your comfort zone. Try to do something like gym. A man can find him self there. Hit the gym, when ever you think about her, just put those feelings in a ball, and apply those energy to your workout. Example such as today you do chest and bicep, try to apply those energy which you think about her there on those sets. Then, try to walk on the treadmill till you honestly fill tired. Woman’s are like cat brother. You observe a cat, it only seek your attention when they need something. When it’s done, they walk away. Girls are like that. Just stay calm, don’t give up. Try harder. Trust me, she’s yours. You need to believe in you. When you can catch that fish once, what is so hard to catch the same fish again, when we guys give more attention to woman, that’s why they lose interest on us, we become bored to them. When we don’t show much attention, they will chase us for attention. That also will be an argument, but it’s nice to use on this sort of argument coz at the end of the day, we will pamper them. Haha. I miss my girlfriend as you bother. But right now, I’m working on my self, we got apart like 4 months already, beside, I’m still on radio silent till my own friends and family don’t know where am I. All thinking screwed my life just for a girl. But the truth is, I’m building my self for a very huge surprise for my queen and my family and friends. Don’t worry brother. Just try to put these focus on things which challenge you. Then you see, you will soon have memories such as you both doing groceries, you both going on a long drive, those which happen will never come to your mind. Moral of the story, a guy, we should give them an assurance why they have to give their life to us. By words we can’t buy them coz they are only gonna say we talk cock.. so, try till you get it.. good luck brother

It's hard if not impossible to be friends or friendly with an ex straight out of a relationship. Been there, tried that. You 2 need to spend time apart with NC for awhile, grow, and then try to be friends. Your relationship is over; however, with space and time you 2 can build a new relationship as friends. NC will force you to focus on YOU. Best (and hardest) thing you will ever have to do but worth it.

okay so basically I had a almost 6 year relationship with my high school boyfriend. We were even planning on getting married this summer. However towards April we broke up due to constant arguing. I'm the one who broke up with him but I eventually reached out again wanting to work things out. However, he was very distant and cold. I think you are right, I always push me to feel in a certain way pressuring. Although , I asked these questions I was hoping for the truth but he claims he isn’t seeing anyone ( i do believe a man has a side piece ) but nothing serious . I had to face to face with my ex today unexpectedly at the building basement when we both went their to pick up our bikes. It was only 2 weeks after our break up, so I was not ready to communicate to him, while he was riding his bike slowly to me and looked into my eyes as he wanted to say hi. I did no contact, i touk the advice of the coach Steven, i gave to him time and space. He reached me out, i answered the next day, i kept the conversation light, i only lett him to message me first, i did the changes on myself too, all the work. But he talk and act like the brake up didnt happened, he say that i know his feelings, i know how he thinks and what he wants. I dont know what to do. I want to get back with him but slowly, i feel that he want to rush. We were in long distance relationship and even in this moment we live apart and in the next few months is no.chance to see eachother. Please guys, can you tell me what to do?

But I don't think I don't think it would be enough for me to fight for him when he shows that he loves her rebound girlfriend/third party gf. Maybe I am getting more needy again. Getting back to my old habits. I don't want him to think that I am his option in case if his relationship won't work and I don't want him to think that I am waiting for them to be over.
