My dad is a 100% disabled veteran so technically I can get into any private school in the country for free without a scholarship. I've just asked him about boarding school and he said "that's a no right now" and wouldn't answer when I asked why 😭

My mother accused me of stealing R500 from her wallet, she claims that it's because of the data on my phone, this is not the first time she has accused me, I'm on the verge of losing it with her and I don't want to be around her as a result. I isolate myself in my room everyday just to stay away from her. So thank you for this advice because I've had it with her.

Awesome video! So me and my mum have talked over boarding school a lot, she understands why I want to go, she understands that this would benefit me, and we have it all worked out so that if and when I apply I'm prepared. But, I find it really hard to talk about it to my dad as I hardly ever see him anyway, and he wants to talk about it I just don't know how to bring it on him. I know that if I just tell him everything without sugar-coating it he will understand but my confidence isn't the best and I just can't seem to bring myself to do it. This video shared some really helpful tips and I'll be sure to talk to my dad. Thanks for the help.

I haven't spoken to my parents yet but I live in Australia and my dad and mum live seperate in the city. My dad owns a farm close to a place a found that has a beautiful community and boarding and school costs $5000 less than the school I go to now. And I loooooooove horses but I can't have one bc I live in the city but at the boarding school they have an equestrian centre and boarding for horses.

Sometimes your school has financial aid, u'll need to find international bit (if your international) and they usually has it

I live in America so I am gonna use like American grades lol.. But I've been asking my parents if i could go to a 9-12 grade boarding school for since 5th grade.. So i kept asking every single year and every year they said no. Now I'm in 8th grade, and they finally said i can apply but i can't go if they have to pay.. So now I'm exited bc I'm pretty sure I'll get it.. But also worried about financial aid and the money aspect of it all. It's a magnet school and a public school in my state so i dont have to pay tuition but we would need to pay $9,500 for room and board without any scholarships or financial aid. Any advice on how to get those?
