I loved these suggestions. I'm a kindergarten teacher and was introduced to the seven Grandfather Teachings last year. My colleague and I used it in place of our "I can be a peaceful kid" unit and it was absolutely great.

my boys are learning their Ojibwe culture (their dad) and Irish culture (me). However I also teach my boys about culture from all over the world. The biggest things we do is read them books that depict different characters from all over the world.

Hi Mallory! I'm a preschool teacher and my kids are mostly 3 years old. There isn't a lot of indigenous books that are 3 year old friendly that I have seen, do you have any specifics that would help?
