Thomas Meanwell if you want audio advice i would suggest you check out zreviews; he has videos on audio equipment at all price ranges and even a reddit page of recommended stuff at all price ranges with quick summaries on each of them and if your not sure what something is he also has quick notes on most of the terms people might not get at first.

Surround sound can get expensive and overwhelming. Most people want a sound bar to save space or smaller satellite speakers to not take up much space. Most sound bars can give like a simulated sound or virtual sound, small speakers sometimes can give good sound at high volume but not at lower. If you go to a store it's set up with proper acoustics. I have large tower speakers. If you love music, movies and or gaming go bigger. Think of being at a concert or movie theater. They are large. Bigger speakers tend to have a tweeter, mid range ( more of what the human ear hears) & built in woofer. Try positioning mid range speakers at ear level. Even if on a budget you could start with a 2.1 which is a left, right and a woofer. If buying separate components try to make sure all the speakers are from same company because they can have different specs. Some companies do a 5.1 package which is good basic start. Another suggestion if you like a certain speaker company search for closeouts or older versions. Easier now cause of internet. Example I got few JBLs from Newegg or Harmon Audio. Sometimes find a deal. Check often. Good luck.

Soundbars are an ok as a consolation prize if you can’t wire your room but a proper man cave should have an AV receiver and, if you want Atmos (which the Apple TV 4K does not support yet), at least 5.1.2 speakers. Nothing beats discrete surround speakers yet most youtubers seem to prefer soundbars. After all, awesome audio is half the cinema experience.

See the Kinect block part of the screen hurts my sole. Either hang that TV or replace the speaker stand to move it up a few inches. These cost less then $50 and are not hard to set up.
