U should keep it, u will not get banned. I have owned 6 boxes of traded hack pokmon for the entire swsh and in sv and never got banned.The only people who get banned are the ones who make them. Also in sv getting competitive pokemon takes too long and requires lots of grinding for money. In pokemon swsh u had the battle tower which was cheaper and easier to get competitive items and test teams out. But in sv there is none of that. I rather have hack pokemon then grind for hours to earn money.

I find the best way to 100% make sure a pokemon is not hacked is to travel to another country to enter an online tournament. If you get disqualified you have you answer, thos method is more accurate than pokemon homes checks

There is an arguemment whether they are genned or hacked. If it has a normal movesset that any venasuar woul dhave it is proibably not hacked The namme is stuck there though unless sommeone knows a way to get it fixed. Personally I woul djust breed it and release it after taking the itemm

I dont see why not. there has also been discussion opn whether it is ok to kep the pokemon and it seems the conseus is that as long as it doesnt have an illegal moveset that it is just a generated pokemon and not hacked and you can probably keep it. I personally let mine go.

It's not a hackemon because Nintendo let you keep it, it is however generated and not legitimate tho it conforms to what pokemon can be. So not legit, but if it was an illegal mom the game would automatically remove it. It's happened to me and friends before

From what i understand you can get your account banned for using hacked Pokémon. Apparently hacked and generated Pokémon are different though. If your Pokémon doesn’t have an illegal move set it may be ok

The biggest tell is moveset. I would say if it has a regular moveset it is generated not hacked. Basically if it has a move it shouldn’t be able to learned it is hacked

A website said , you can either just keep them in your boxes as a trophy. You can use them for offline battle such as gym battles and the soon to be the indigo disk dlc battles but not online. Release them if you want. Im not some expert but just dont use them online or anything. You can use them but just dont create hacked pokemon yourself. Hacked pokemon are basically stuff bought off a website. I personally think its best to keep them in your inventory as a trophie that you got a shiny starter or something

The game has so many of these now that trading is pretty much ruined because of it but you can still make out OK if you go in with the attitude of using them then getting rid of them.
