That was interesting! Frankly, most of what you said was beyond my understanding, but I think I got the main point that oversampling, in theory, should produce a better sound because it removes nasty-sounding artifacts. Did I get it right? I'm more a musician, and not the engineer type, but I do want to produce pleasing-sounding music. Thanks for your videos!

Hey chief, I've got a quick question: I ran the tests myself, and oddly I'm still seeing aliasing, despite added oversampling. I reckon this could be a limited feature for the free version, or perhaps something else is causing aliasing? For reference, I have a blank session with just clairvoyant loaded in with the freq sweep. Any other good guesses on what may be causing it? Thanks!

Might be clipping something by running it too hot. That will generate harmonics that will alias back down. You can see that behavior every time you clip your converters or plugins. Try doing the tests with a lot more headroom and let me know if that fixed the problem.
