People may be biased against a certain race, but they don’t even know it. That’s because it could be an implicit bias, which refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect us in an unconscious way. Global News explains how the most accessible way to test for it works and what this data means.

They’re forgetting the factor of novelty in their experiment. There are simply people who have less exposure and less time spent with races as compared to their own familiar race. I hypothesize that this novelty affect produces the same results.

Personally, I feel that the phrase "But they're/you're one of the good ones" is the most racist thing a person can say. The reason why is because what that person implies when they say this is that they found someone who disproves their racist ideology but they're still going to believe it anyway.

How to decrease/turn around racial biases or any biases? It's NOT by doing our own research... Each of us has the responsibility to EXPLICITLY be kind and courteous - respectful to others differences - obey the rules, norms, and law of society, and work hard in them...every single day, every single time. When each of us has done that... I can guarantee you that ours and others biases will be decreased if not eliminated. COOPERATION is the key!

If we don't conduct our own research into theses matters How can we even come to a more accurate conclusion? I prefer not to have someone else do the thinking for me. I find that the main cause of a difference in outcome in success and quality of life when comparing different races and ethnic groups is due to inherent qualities that differ from one race of people to another. Not racial bias expressed by whites. However, some organizations in high positions wish to use these differences as a way to create a false narrative to push their agenda. If they can keep whites feeling guilty for their success by giving them the idea that they are racist and minorities the idea that they can find empowerment through their victimhood then these evil organizations have won. Its a simple divide and conquer strategy that was attempted by Hitler and Mussolini in the 1940's during WWII in an attempt to justify fascism and marxism. I'm not saying that the individuals who are apart of these organisations all have bad intent. What I am saying is that the foundation for what they believe is causing a difference in outcome among different races and ethnic groups is empirically incorrect. As a matter of fact their ideology is causing more racial tension due to the demonization of white culture and our heritage. There are many people of influence in high places who know this. Which is why they are cramming this false ideology down our throats. Social equity or crt is simply one facet among many facets that they use to denigrate the human race with in an attempt to consolidate power for themselves by makiing it appear to be a virtuous cause even though it really isn't.

This video does not critique it, it promotes it. First it introduces it, then it elaborates. There's one very brief statement from a detractor, and a very lengthy one from a promoter. Third is a "but there are other ways to test for bias". By this point the video assumes the viewer is on board and the IAT test for implicit racial bias is fully accepted completely valid (it's not, it is largely rejected for it's interpretations of bias as marker for racism), basically saying "now that you know you're racist and didn't know it, here's what you do..." The closing is a "matter of fact" statement from an unnamed interviewee who drops an absolute gem of a bomb by saying that you shouldn't ask your friend of a different culture or race about how to not be such a racist towards them. This is literally a chick going "if you don't know what you did wrong, I'm not gonna tell you". Instead this last girl invites you to accept that you're just a racist prick and to ask your friend instead about how to better support them. Look up slavery in general: Barbary slave trade, slave trade in Africa, Arab slave trade, slavery in India, slavery in Asia. Hold on to your trousers now, I'm about to blow your mind: the behaviour of people has been throughout history to subjugate other people.
