How to test GEM module in Ford Focus MK2 / C-Max (car diagnostics)

I have a problem with my Focus DFW 2002. My rear light blacked out, my license plate light blacked out, my rear fog light blacked out and my front headlights. The fuse number 30 burns which is named light switch, when the lightswitch is turned to low beam. I replaced the lightswitch, but the problem remains. Could this be caused by a faulty GEM?

I read something about to hold EJECT and >>| buttons at same time will show the battery voltage in MK3, There´s something like that for the MK2?

Press and hold the boardcomputer button, turn key to ignition, let go of button if the odometer shows your kilometers/miles. This wil get you in test mode, push the button till you get to your voltage

Hello Does anyone know are the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel have lights or not? (C max 2008)

I added a cruise control steering wheel to my c-max 09 and performed this test. It recognised it by bleeping. Am I okay to reprogram my ecu to enable the cruise control or does it need further modules for it to work?
