Your vids are very educational and straight forward to understand (no electrical engineer jargon). I have a Dare DE-600, the internals look identical to the one in the video right down to the Board. SM37 Power Wizard, as far as I can tell (the rest is kind of blury). As per this video all look good, diodes, transformer, AC in etc. all past tests. Cap like the one in the video 10uF weak, only 3.2uF. No apparent missing or damaged traces, no apparent corrosion. The only component I question is the SCR (it was surrounded in bug guts 😁) particularly between the anode and cathode , but I am unsure of the test procedure you did in circuit. I'm not great at texting (old fart) but if you wouldn't mind would love to speak with you on the phone. Thanks for your time.

Just got a better look at the video. The board are not identical. Yours SW37 Mine SM37. Mine is a revision 2 Aug 2008

I called you on a Gallagher B75, my brother in law just had an issue with a kencove (PW) 3 Joul dual power charger. His wont tick, but the lights work fine. My B75 just seemed weak. And the light didn’t work. I put a LED in place of the old light, when I plugged it in it sparked right next to the light and melted solder out of the board. Do you think you could fix the mother board or is it junk? These videos are awesome. I tested the capacitor in mine and the read good, mine is the B75.

The LED that you put in it isn't designed for the type of voltage that the original bulb using, that why the LED failed and messed something else up next to it. The bulb that was originally in it is a NE-2 neon bulb. We should be able to fix both of those units. We probably have most of the parts on hand to get it both going.

If I know what the part is that is wrong and can find the correct replacement, I always try and fix the board. I get most of the l my component parts from Mouser.com newark.com or digikey.com and occasionally Amazon.

How to repair electric fence Energizer. This makes me think of the old mechanic. Yep I can fix your vehicle. Pause the radiator cap and drive the new vehicle in and put the cap on it. Then go to the auto parts buy a new cap

There's all sorts of ways to fix units and this is just one of many ways depending on the unit and what's actually wrong. I've got 900+ videos on KZbin, check on another video of mine.
