Would you recommend to roll up the wrist wrench in a specific direction like a multispinner or just keep it straight?

Other guy in the video here: you want to roll it up so the tension is trying to open your hand back if that makes sense

nice, hows your weight? i am like 211lbs and my max on this (first exercise) is 110lbs but i think there is no sense tbh to isolate wrist i mean if your wrist is definitely weaker maybe it's a point, but wouldn't be more beneficial just to go side while cupping simultaneously? and it directs even more to armwrestling because on the table u dont isolate anything

Currently weighing in at 172 And I agree the whole body is a chain and we shouldn't need to isolate to this degree. I started getting into much more technical stuff since then. Highly recommend watching some of my newer content.
