I think that overall, I'm a pretty emotionally balanced guy although, of course, I still have work to do (and I don't ever expect that to end). But what I really need to improve on is accepting that which is beyond my control and I think I've just stumbled upon a treasure trove of help with that.

Thank you for your time to make this contents . As i am now starting to get to old for doing shit and i realised that i have to do something to control my temper which is extremly impulsive i discovered stoicism by accident thanks to you. I watched now so many of your videos and it helped me alot . Just when i thought i understand it very well i nocked out a friend cause i believe he was bahiving disrespectful but fck it , it reminded me i got still alot to learn 😂. At least i noticed i camed much less in such situations since i am reading about stoicism
