Overhand, Side arm, cross body back hand, laying on the ground, throwing behind you (left or right side)??? Great skill to have, but limiting yourself to underhand only throwing limits your potential. So does knife size, weight, and style. Cold Steel sure flights are cool, but try something designed for no spin throwing. Try Bo-Shurkien. Try huge knives like Boker Zeal or bowie knife. Throw half spin from 3, 4, 5, 6 meters. Do the same with no spin, full spin, 1.5 spin.
