Thanks. Filmed myself the other day and I am definitely doing the first one. It's made even worse because I am not getting my off arm tucked in. I have decided to basically throw like a robot until I get the motions down and then speed it up.

That’s a good thing I did and I forget to mention in. Slowing things down helped me a lot. I still have some work to do myself but I get the concept by watching pros. I feel I’m really close just gotta dial it in. It was the hardest thing for me to get better at for some reason, falling over my front foot was a bad habit of mine for a long time. If you get the hips working right and off arm tucked it makes a huge difference, I can 100% feet it when it happens and there is so much snap it’s super cool to feel

@@Banned920 is seems so easy when you see pros do it but breaking down everything makes is more complicated. I gotta remind myself to work on one thing at a time and try to to revert back to old habits lol 😂
