So far I have found headbutting in Kudo, 52 Blocks , Krav Maga ,and Lethwei. Lethwei videos with David Leduc are by far the most instructive and real. Thank you. *Side note.* I myself have been headbutt ,and headbutted in real street fights. I love that I am now learning to do it properly. Thanks again.

Great breakdown on the aul noggin. Neck training is essential. I've seen some people reach back as if their about to sneeze . Was not a good outcome. Headbutts are basically battering rams . It is one of the best infighting techniques, obviously for this sport or the street . Its a fight ender for sure especially if you know what your doing , which you clearly do. They upgraded lethwei to the science of 9 limbs . Good stuff.

Good video! Not related, but in your system of fighting, which knuckles do you aim with when throwing punches? Does it depend on the angle? Maybe a good idea to do a video on it 😊
@Ilovevidgames1232 жыл бұрын
Obviously you wanted an answer from Leduc, but Stephen Thompson's dad said in one of their KZbin videos that the best two knuckles to strike with are the index and middle finger knuckles, because they are thicker and more in-line with the forearm bone than the ring or pinky knuckles, so they can sustain the impact of a punch better and there's less chance of your wrist bending outward and getting hyperextended. Hope that helps.
