Random question but do you think making facial and jaw bones harder by pressing your knuckles into them would allow you to take a punch better

@@bigruckus8664 Nah how old are you? You can't be serious what the hell
@bosshossmotorcycle385bhpwi96 ай бұрын
@@bigruckus8664 highly unlikely. A strong neck is of more use. Bones, however, can be conditioned through repetitive striking.
@bigruckus86646 ай бұрын
@@бастин-д9й bro I'm asking cuz it's proven that bone conditioning increases bone size scientists have proven that but this guy responded saying making the face harder isn't actually useful t resist concussions only to avoid bone damage but not brain damage and it might even make brain damage worse if the bones are harder cuz it might transfer force more but bigger bones are obviously better for absorbing impact at the same time just not really harder bones

Work out, you need to have strong muscles for fine control of your body, I recommend HIIT calisthenics if you don't want to go to a gym. 30 minutes full body first thing in the morning after some water. And then push pull or legs in the evening for 1 hour. Takes dedication. You can do the martial arts intensly as one as well if you have a bag.

I love watching this sport because of the respect these athletes have for one another. These guys really do fight with honor. The fact that the ring looks like a knife went down in it when they are done is also pretty neat.

Thank you for covering the headbutt strikes in the close range. I never thought that the taller man was in disadvantage in the clinch, especially considering a Lethwei fighter like you (who usually tries to close the distance), or Muay Thai fighters like Dieselnoi, who is a knee specialist.
