Thomas, you state your elbow will move out from under the javelin when you start walking, moving, etc. Do you try to bring it under the javelin again when you throw or just let it be off to side? note that javelin throw is not a dart throw, its like baseball pitch throw. Ie the arm goes through extreme external rotation.
