Hi Lindsay, Great video showing this Adult Dun Dry fly. It’s actually a very versatile pattern, as you have two options at the point when you complete the hackle…. you can wind the hackle around the hook shank as you did ...or wind it as a parachute hackle around the CDC post. I will give both options a go for my Fly Box. Regards, Wayne 😀👍
