Welcome to our step-by-step tutorial on mastering the Runner's Knot, a reliable shoelace tying technique perfect for sports and running enthusiasts. Whether you're hitting the track, trail, or court, the Runner's Knot ensures your shoelaces stay secure and knot-free throughout your physical activities.
In this video, we'll guide you through the process of tying the Runner's Knot, a variation of the classic "Bunny Ears" method. With its simple yet effective design, this knot will keep your shoes snugly fitted, allowing you to focus on your performance without any distractions.
Key Steps:
Learn the basics: Start by forming the "Bunny Ears" with your shoelaces.
Create loops: Form two loops with the "Bunny Ears" technique.
Interlock the loops: Skillfully weave one loop through the other to create a secure hold.
Tighten the knot: Ensure a snug fit by pulling both loops firmly.
Remember to adjust the tightness according to your comfort level to avoid discomfort during your activities. As an extra precaution, consider double-knotting your laces to prevent accidental loosening.
By the end of this tutorial, you'll have the confidence to tie the Runner's Knot effortlessly, making your running and sports experiences more enjoyable and worry-free.

Off topic, but congrats on the Orient. They really make a great watch. I wore my Mako 1, and it kept nearly perfect time, for well over 10 years.

How do you know if you actually have heel slippage because every shoe I owned my left heel moves around slightly (actually both heels but more noticeable on the left)? I have an old Ultraboost that I accidentally bought lower size to test and even that has a slight movement around the heel. That shoe was already too tight anywhere else. Is that even considered a heel slip? I just dislike doing this since it kinda hurts my ankles (front side) although the heel lockdown was much better over a run vs just tying the shoes tight. The laces on the Pegasus are also too short you can barely tie it if you did this
