As I search for facial exercises, you have the best way of explaining how it should feel and proper technique. I was always afraid of this exercise because I did not want to make my crows feet worse. The way you instruct, it actually does not strain the crows feet area. I do feel some focus between my brows, which will make my 11s more strained, but that is just my learning to stay focused under the eye and holding the forehead with my fingers, better. Thank you!

When you update the series and make playlist do you also rerecord the EAWM? I just started the 2nd series and the EAWM moves are slightly different from the updates. Hope that makes sense and thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hi KombuchaLiz, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, the updates are more information for you and make it easier for you to follow along, Peta updated to help all her wonderful ladies on youtube and in the membership follow the program Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on youtube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years. In the 2 weeks that iv been doing this particular excise my under eye loose skin (which was sooo depressing to me!!) Has tightened up😁 I do 3 of a 2 minute excise a day without fail. Thank U!! Love from malta😎

@@petadwyer7730 Hi Peta, thankyou so much for your comment. I discovered Peta's exercises two weeks ago and have been studiously focusing on mastering the exercises for series one. I can see some quite dramatic wonderful changes just in two weeks! I have used three face exercise programs in the past, each one for several years, but Nothing comes close to Peta's exercises! I'm sure I'll get to know her as I plan on joining the gym soon. I'm looking forward to it as she is obviously not just beautiful on the outside, but also very beautiful on the inside. I appreciate so much the amount of work she puts into these videos!

Peta, I have noticed you put your forefingers just a slight bit under the eyebrows - is that's how it's supposed to be, or should I go straight ON the eyebrow? Thank you and wish you a lovely New Year 2023! ;)

Hi Ana, have a look at the thumbnail of this video where I have my hands and fingers placed. The forefingers are sitting on the brow bone in the middle of the actual eye brows, and when you do the exercise, press into the brow gently to create resistance. Does that make sense?

Hi Peta.. Can you please clarify my doubt? I see that there are 6 series in the playlist. Apart from that, I see many more videos for each part say eyes, neck, nasolobial folds etc.. where do I have to incorporate later videos I listed?

Please dont worry about those other exercises, they may be incorporated later in another series. Just follow the program as it is and dont change it/

Hi Peta, I have a question and would appreciate if you could answer. I started following facial exercises 5 days a week and it takes me about 10-15 min to complete. 2-3 hours later in the day, sometimes I feel my muscles are tighter and other times I feel a little pain. To what point is it normal, what is the feeling i should be getting several hours after exercising? Can you please clarify what is normal and what’s going too far.. thank you for everything that you do!

Hi Bob, great question. Sometimes you will feel a tightening of the muscles over the day, which feels like an energised feeling in the muscles, and then you can feel them more lifted. You should not be feeling pain. So, I would ask you to go back to watch how you are doing the exercises and with how much strength. You need to put just as much effort in where there is little pain. Sometimes you feel some pain while doing the exercises, much like you would if you were lifting weights but it should not persist after the exercise routine has finished

Hi Thaiyba, my name is Peta Dwyer (not to be confused with our Peta) and I am a member of her Facerobics Gym. It is best to wait till you are 30 so your face finishes developing by that time. We must do a full face routine, just as Peta tells us, but please wait till you are 30. Hope this helps regards Peta Dwyer

Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. hi mastura, this exercise is part of Series 6. Just go to the playlists, learn the exercise routine and do the routine as if you were following along with me. You dont need to add it to the other series.

Hi Shahina, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, keep practising, watch the video, watch yourself in the mirror, you will get it, follow the program, Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on youtube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years.
