@Deej Wilson I'm truly sorry if this was rude or offensive from your point of view, I didn't mean for it to sound like I was mocking them at all, nor was I insulting that they were gay (not that there is an issue with that). I was just highlighting the mutual respect and admiration (platonic) the have for each other. This is something that everyone should have, someone to devote their full attention to you when speaking.

My husband was so confident that he bought the ring before he proposed. Lucky for both of us, I was very much in love with him. He must have felt that love. I don't remember my identity before I was with him. I think he felt the same way. We were together 52 years before God called him home. @@nannuky1128 Yes, he did. And the rings fit my little fingers perfectly. He must have known what size to buy after holding my hands so many times. We only dated 3 months before he proposed. He had gone on a business trip half way around the world for 10 days. When we saw each other the day after he came back, in a private moment he pulled me to him, held me in his arms and said: "I miss you so much when I am gone. I know I want to spend the rest of my life with you." I looked up, we kissed then he showed me the rings and put them on my fingers. I will never forget that sweet moment in our lives. Spending the rest of his life with me was exactly what he did. and what an incredible life of love and devotion it was for both of us. Now that he's gone to Heaven I wear his wedding ring on a gold chain between my engagement and wedding rings. I can't wait to be with him again for eternity.

Any advice on how to strengthen your bond?
@tigre9271
@tigre9271 Жыл бұрын
@winterkai12 Don't sweat the small stuff. I have a rule I follow. If my husband does something that irks me, that I think, i can just look past it and move on without saying anything and not hold resentment? Most of the time the answer is yes. I'm pretty easy going, so even those little things that husbands do, like leave a towel on the floor don't bother me. But if he does something that I feel may make me feel less of him, then I bring it up respectfully. My goal is to clear it up and especially, for me not to think less of him or the question the strength of our bond. I love, respect and adore my husband and I always want to feel that way. So i don't let certain things taint our bond. Know yourself, communicate anything bothersome if you feel it might cause resentment. But again, don't sweat the small stuff, its not worth it. You have to think of a marriage like a 3rd entity sometimes, like a child. Consider what's best for the marriage rather than what's best for you or your spouse. After all, you two are ONE now. And it's usually a lot of the UNSPOKEN stuff that chips away at a marriage.

Girls, the best way to get a man fully in love with you, it's picking up the one who has been always chasing you and always has cared about you, then you'll have the power by your side and you won't have to figure it out all this strategies. Probably, he'll worship and adore you. Stop looking for the harder, difficult one, that put you in bad position, you'll lost your divine power. Women which are reading this, you're perfect, love yourself, you don't have to figure it out anything, you don't need strategies, if you're besides a man who doesn't appreciate yourself, leave that situation and start first appreciating yourself, then the right one will come easily. Good luck beautifules!

I often think it’s actually better dynamic to get the one YOU feel the most for. If you end up with someone who’s chasing you your not that interested in your basically taking the easy way out. If you pursue the one you feel huge intense scary feelings about who challenges and triggers you your basically evolving as a human and healing and growing. I know they say to be the one who cares less but I think the one who cares most grows the most and can eventually end up in the deepest most amazing connection as they met themselves on every level through challenging themselves.

Fabio Fernandes gahaha that’s hilarious I guess you never had a spiritual connection. Tbh most of the guys I had issues with were guys ppl were shocked about me dating and fancying and the ones who were super good looking were the totally devoted ones as they likely were more secure and less insecure to want to make the person they were with feel lesser or fear commitment etc. Feelings isn’t about looks tho when I said you shouldn’t go with a man who likes you more than you like them I meant feelings not looks. I don’t think any of my deep loves have been someone I would ever go for on paper. Apart from ironically my current one but that’s just random as I’ve never gone on looks or money or status or any other rubbish I simply am talking about feelings / connection.

Great video. One thing that really, really allows me to relax into 'loving my woman' is when she appreciates my efforts for her, especially when I don't get the desired results. Her appreciating my efforts in those moments help me step past my 'failures' and refocus for a second try. Her appreciation and acceptance opens space within which I am eager to 'be her man', provide what she desires.

Ma Poe, Don't feel alone. Every person goes through this until they come self-aware. I teach this in my book (I won't spam this channel but if your interested message me) I promise you are a special, beautiful, and unique being. Here's the thing. Every single person has very different thoughts, feelings and emotions depending on childhood, experiences, culture, etc. Even these two men would not react or respond the same way in any situation. I have been single for 4 years and I freaking love it. In fact, I don't even want the drama of a relationship. And because I know my worth now, I don't settle for guys who don't deserve my attention. Women give men attention when they reciprocate the same love. Both parties should be building each other up to be their best self. You will only find someone like that when you spend time with yourself. The truth is if you don't like being alone with you, why should any man want to be alone with you? When you accept yourself its easier to accept others. Stand tall sweety, you are a beautiful soul. Find the fire inside of you and shine your light baby!!!

I once had a great boyfriend who could and loved paying for and fixing everything in my home. It perplexed me at first, I thought how will I ever pay him back, he explained because I ALWAYS sent him thank you letters, after a fix, a trip, a special for no reason gift, or a shopping trip, he always received a thank you note. This made him soooo happy, he was always thinking of the next thing he could do for me! I so loved him taking care of my needs it was his way of providing for me. I was so happy in this relationship, unfortunately I am moving back to Texas, but it was nice to be so taken care of, now I know, the bar has been risen!

I love this because I've been with my husband for 20 years. What your saying is true. I have lots of examples for each of these points that your making. They way things happen I could see women interpreting it wrong especially the masculine thing. I rarely ask my husband to do masculine things for me and yet he feels like a man around me. I help him lift refrigerators. I'm the one who pushes cars for him, etc. Where I realize his masculinity comes in at is my accepting what makes him feel masculine and showing him my vulnerability and letting him support me. I really think men feel masculine when they provide, support and protect. These don't have to be physically it can be a combination of physically, mentally and emotionally. I just wanted to comment on what stood out to me the most. I personally believe that masculinity and femininity are about submission to your vulnerabilities. It has nothing to do with cooking, cleaning, fixing cars, moving furniture, etc. I'm going to give an example and then I'm done typing. My husband used to comb his god-daughters hair when she was a little girl. He would braid it and put the colorful balls in her hair. He would cook and clean, etc. I've heard people say he was weak, remember this was 20 years ago. I realized that he's not weak and he's not acting feminine; what he's doing is providing, supporting and protecting. He's providing her with a sense of confidence letting her know that she's cared for no matter what. He's supporting her by letting her know that she's beautiful and that she has someone who's willing to invest time into that for her. He's protecting her by making sure she understands how to look her best and feel her best so she's not vulnerable to other peoples crap. Ok I'm done running off at the fingers, LOL!

Love this! It's not always physical it's everything and showing them who we are and being vulnerable. I love that. And I'm also so bad at that. I tend to shut down when I'm hurt or when I'm struggling and have such a hard time opening up but when I do I can feel that love from my man more. It's weird because I've been in a narrsasist relationship before and it throws me off when I share thoes feelings and I get nothing but love instead of having everything blow up in my face. I love it and so I'm glad you brought that up. I also had my dad do that exact same thing! He would brush my hair when it was wet from taking a shower and he would comb it for me and I never thought he was being feminine I just felt loved and cared for and that was amazing to me. I had a dad who wasn't ashamed to help me with my hair when I was little and I loved that about my dad. ❤️

This is the coolest “bromance” ever! Seriously! Men don’t talk about their feelings with other men but I find this kind of friendship dynamic very sexy on a man. I don’t mean that in a disrespectful way. I don’t expect a man to always share his feelings with me but I would hope he could have another male friend who can help him navigate his feelings in his natural “man” way. I know that doesn’t make any sense. I know my husband sees me as his best friend but unfortunately, I don’t feel the same way about him. I have a best friend and she lives in Maryland. She had never judged me and listens whereas my husband (when I used to talk to him) likes to say things like, “You shouldn’t have said that” or tries to correct me. I don’t tolerate that. It starts arguments and usually ends up with me telling him he isn’t my dad, this isn’t the Middle East and I’ll say whatever is on my mind. Then I quit confiding in him but made him aware prior, that what he was doing is not best friend worthy and for that reason, I will no longer talk to him about things. This isn’t something he did just once. It was over many years. Now, he tries to ask but I don’t let in. He needs to find his best friend. He is my husband and I draw the line at that. Because I have pointed out what he does when I do tell him something, he is well aware of the reasons in which I don’t confide in him. He has come to accept that. Don’t get me wrong. Our relationship is great beyond that but of course we’ve been married one day shy of 19 years so as long as you fight to stay together and work things out rather than trash the relationship, your marriage is going to succeed. But by no means stay in a physically, mentally and emotionally abusive relationship. Honestly, our marriage has been a breeze lately and it has all come down to communication. We do sit down and talk but never in a heated moment. We have learned to wait until I cool down. Then I can listen. It’s all about balance and space which we do give each other.

This is true. Videos like this absolutely break my heart. I'm like this for EVERY person on my life NATURALLY. I am constantly breathing air and love and inspiration and belief into people. I see their better side. I admire everyone. I think humans are amazing & beautiful. But when you marry a hurt and traumatized individual that becomes narcissistic or abusive (which really translates to just extremely insecure) it doesn't matter how much admiration, acceptance, belief, you give them, it will never be enough for that unhealed part of them and they will stay angry at you for not being that perfect "all needs meeting" mother they didn't have. Your attempts become in vain. I feel sorry for this "one dude", who, at his core, is an amazing and intelligent good person, but his insecurity led him to a place where he married the sweetest thing that adored him and IMMEDIATELY began to control and abuse her year after year for years until eventually she stopped caring at all. There's a saying: "Nothing works unless you do." I'd say that applies to this video. What these men are saying is very true. But only with a functional being that is capable of responding and bonding.

I was raised to be a very strong independent woman. Growing up my Dad taught me 'guy stuff' like fixing my own car and construction. As a result I have a lot of guys tell me that they feel threatened by my confidence and ability, that I come off more masculine than them. I am not about to squash my personality and abilities to heal a man's fragile ego. I wish I could find a guy that is comfortable with a woman that can do the same things he can; not one looking for a damsel in distress. In my past long term relationships I have found that the guy resents you when he feels like he is the main provider. My ex encouraged me to become a stay at home Mother to our two children and then held it over my head constantly. Even after I went back to work he would always find some imbalance and throw it up in my face. His fragile ego became the demise of our relationship because there was nothing I could do to please him. Men like that are just a waste of time... but I have yet to met one that isn't.

Well i'm single, like who's going to help me? My imaginary boyfriend who's got a real income? C'mon, I need a place to live. Why should I wait around for a man who likely can't afford a house anyways? I have the right to have a place to live.

The breakthrough came when someone introduced me to this wonderful, great spell caster called Dr Aisha, Who eventually helped me out… I have never been a fan of things like this but just decided to try it because I was desperate and left with no choice…she did the spell for me and things really work out as she promise and my wife have a change of mind and come back home to stay with me and the kids.And promise never to hurt me again.we are living happily together all because of the help of Dr Aisha.If you are in need of help you can contact Dr Aisha for any kinds of spell,like good luck spell and Reading and many more message her on WhatsApp +2348109103934 or email Dr.aishaafricaspellcaster2020@gmail.com and she's into herbal medicine for any kinds of diseases or virus...

Only until recently, have I decided that it might be ok to have a relationship. Falling in love or real love may be off the table. I have made quite a few mistakes during my time here, the biggest one was allowing myself to be vulnerable. In 2 years maybe I will give that thing called a relationship a try with someone that is not afraid to love a person that is afraid to love. Keep the helpful videos coming Mat and Mark!!

@@kc_cobra Of course when I try to blame others for how they hurt me, I often find there is an underlying issue within myself. I am aware of my changed perception and reception to the universe or my inner thoughts. A few years ago, if I had the feeling that someone was “cheating” on me, I had to make my self feel better by running away from the relationship, being available to be with another person. Today without knowing the truth of my serious boyfriend being faithful to me, when so many indications lead me to think that he is being unfaithful, I choose to not utilize my typical, “get back at them”. Realizing that until I know, even though I don’t want to know, I would love to have faith in mankind again. Or just my one man. I am making the conscious decision on the person I see myself as, and no longer based from fear. Even if this person is a cheater and liar, I remained loyal to my choice to this point. Yay Me!

I met a guy last year who I really liked, when we met I thought he was looking for a commited relationship. Turned out that he was seeing a number of women and he told me that he had no intention of stopping the way he was living his life. I thought there was potential, and then I realized that there was nowhere to go because he has never been able to be faithful even when he was married. Sad.

He told me he wants serious relationship, while we were dating, he was making plans with me, told me he really wants it to work, that he is not talking and seeing anoyone else and then I found out he was still using Tinder. He said he was just using it because "he was bored"...sure

OMG, you guys have taught me something I wish I had understood years ago. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve met men I was interested in. They’d seem so excited, really engaged and then gone. I always blamed it on not sleeping with them but that’s not it. I finally know. I always thought men would be worried about me needing them. I made sure they knew I was quite capable on my own. Wow - the whole time, he needed me to need him. Which underneath it all, I did 🙄 damn. I’m married now but that doesn’t mean I can’t use this advice. I can 1. Improve my marriage & 2. Explain it to my girls Thank you 🤗

Allowing men to be MASCULINE - SO important - women long for this, yet often emasculate men - especially these days. Take it from an old lady...men WANT to do the chasing and have no use for "EASY", despite what the entertainment field tells you...respect yourself and men will too, gals!

Colleen Davis It’s true! The men in my family are very good looking and fit and have women chasing them. My brother finally married the girl he had to chase after, same with my cousins. My teenage son has confided in me he would rather be the one doing the chasing. They are interested in the good ones that challenge them in the beginning.

what do i do if my bf told me he doesn’t love me bc the first time we broke up and got back together i rushed him. it was only two days or three days after and i was deseparate for to hear those words. for he told me a month ago that he felt rushed and stopped loving me . and our one year is on november 12. he says he’s very close to loving me... he compliments me and always checks in on me. i can tell he has feelings for me and he is always happy to he around me. he said “i’m scared to say i love you and not mean it bc if i don’t mean it then i won’t feel love. because i want to be with you. i also wanna mention that i did bring it up to him about almost a month into him not loving me and i said (in person) “___ listen i wanted to bring this up bc it’s important to me, i’m fine with you taking your time to love me but i’m gonna start to feel sad or like you don’t wanna be with me if you don’t love me in 6 months or more.” and he started to make a stressed face and said “okay well i don’t know when i will love you, my mom didn’t love my dad until months into their relationship.” btw that was the only time i said something, i proceeded to say “___ i will give you time ... i have been. i’m not asking you to love me at all.”

Me and my husband dated for months and then proposed right around my high school graduation. We stayed in engaged for like 2 years. 20 years later, we tell people, you just choose to love the person and forgive when you should and never ever expect perfection from the other person and no games. Me and my husband learned the seriousness of not putting eachother first and now we are closer than we ever were. 😊 We spend quality time together daily no matter what we got going on in our lives. We focus more on the things that made us fall in love with eachother. He likes my witty personality and excellent hygiene and love for my hair and I like his cooking and handman ways and his tenderness when I am not feeling my best. I fell in love with my husband when he ask me to sit down to decorate Christmas stockings. I didn't think people do that anymore. He actually wrote "babydoll" in glitter ..etc on my stocking. 😊. We celebrated Christmas mostly cause we liked giving to eachother, since all year we really couldn't since we were trying to pay rent...etc. Christmas we always had work bonuses and some spare cash to spoil eachother. My mother use to say "he is such a charming handsome man" I like that he doesn't really like cell phones, but once a month he will shoot me a loving text 😊 He calls me daily at work though, and says in this boyish way "what u a doing. Love you babydoll" he is like a big kid and I love him for that. 😊
