Can you track all the points in the grid at once? Sort of like a poor man's 3d camera tracker?

I tried doing this for a short film I’m working on and it didn’t work quite as well as I wanted. It immediately jumps off track at the second frame and only gets worse from there. I’m doing it on a plain white button up shirt with lots of movement, do you have any tips for tracking low contrast, high movement objects?

I gave you a thumbs up for the content, but I use headphones when watching and you may not realize this, but your voiceover is all over the stereo space. This is super distracting (at least to me). Otherwise good video.
