You will need to open up the options chain, and from there select the option you would like. It depends on the platform, desktop or mobile (as there are a lot of different ways to put in orders) but after selecting the option you should see an order entry form pop up to go ahead and execute

What I am having a hard time understanding is buying calls is betting on the stock to go up. But on the screen when you filtered to only show call there were strike price below the actual trading price above the ticker. So how is it a "call" when we are betting it would go down in value in that screen.

You are not betting on it to go down at a lower strike price call. You would just be paying more money to buy the right to buy the stock at the stock price. That is essentially what options are. They provide more leverage and strike prices under the stock price are "safer" and will hold their value better compared to out of the money strike price contracts.

So, if I buy an atm or atm call one week out and paid the premium and say 2 days from expiration I've made $50 or so dollars, can I just sell it back to the market for a little profit and be done with it??

I have a web ull acct approved for level 3 options crypto trading however I dont see any options button on crypto. Only for certain stocks. Why is that? Also with said acct... do I need to deposit cash in order to make my first options trade on those stocks that have an options tab available or did they basically give me an open credit limit and the ability to screw myself over(or possibly make some money if im lucky) without needing depositing any funds first to start options trading other than my 20 bucks in shib I have...)?

Webull does not have options available for crypto. I know there are some platforms out there that allow derivative trading for crypto, but not on Webull as of now

I tried to close a position last friday on webull and it kept giving me a notice i vcant buy or sell after 3:00 est time so i had to let the option just expire on friday? is this normal or a setting i need to change?

I believe they do that on what they see as risky positions, but it should not limit you from selling a position you already have. If you were intending to go net flat or no position, I have never had them tell me I cannot sell.

Real time quotes is free, I pay for Level 2 advanced and national best bid and offer which are both a few bucks a month. Click the profile picture icon on your Webull app, then find advanced quotes to make sure everything you want is enabled
