Unironically, go meditate after each training. Because at the end of the day, a calm center back is a pro efficient one.

I tell you to not do this workout, Master the basics by 30 secs full intensity and 30 pause by 3 to 4 sets

For me as a rb I would recommend just jump with weights so you can jump higher and clear the ball

This sounds silly but in a match you should start saying stuf to the players on the other team to detract them

Not really good. And who you going to pass to in the first exercise? If your a cb the best training you can do alone is physical. Work on your explosiveness, direction change, strenght,, jumping and stamina. even better study great defenders on the internet and try really get into it not just watch a 10min ramos video. If your team only trains 2-3 times a week and u want more talk to the manager of the other div of your club and maybe trainn with them.. specially if they are older or 1 category above you.. if your serious rhey will respect your grind and maybe let you train with them

@@Sinan_69627 if you start playing football at 14 and you want to be a pro midfielder or attacker your chances are pretty low since your so much behind in technical skill than a lot of players. you have more chance to be pro if you start playing as Centrr back, fullback or goalkeeper. But you have to find a club and play 11vs11 football consistently.

As a center back myself technique is SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN MANY THINK‼️ You need to be able to calmly play out of the back and start attacks, and you need to have a good first touch, passing, and ball control
