Jumping height is one of the most desired attributes of basketball players, volleyball players, and many other jumping athletes.
But there is a great deal of confusion regarding its development-a lot of content out there will simply provide you with ‘’X exercises you must do’’ without explaining the deeper meaning of them in full context.
The purpose of this video is to provide you with the general mechanics behind a jumping action-which is lower body power development and utilization of elastic energy.

Good video!, very rare people explain about importance of intention and neuro muscular drive. Can you also observe importance of broad jump, how do you think may be this is more important than vertical for boxers or sprinters because you need to apply force horizontally and powerful
