Fairie Fire is much better. When you lay down the harass and keep them away so early during the laning phase, healing items become a waste, since most heroes can't do diddly squat at lv 3.

yeah, but even if you lose lane you still have damage in form of spells. slowly buy utility items. no need for right-click.

It's mostly just making lane dominators even stronger. Sniper and Lina are big lane dominators so they can shut down enemy mid with earlier timing and now enemy team is almost always guaranteed to basically 4v5 since their mid got shut down. Downside of this is going late since you have an alch and now your team is doing the 5v4+punching bag and enemy mid probably recover if late enough

I'm not sure if having 250 extra starting gold is overpowered. In ability draft, you can pick chemical rage on sniper (with his innate and everything). It gives you greed passive with it. And also, you become unkillable after you press R. The game is still playable though. Not strong enough to call gg.

@@berryesseenyou're clearly low mmr, first not seeing how HUGE 250 starting gold is, then comparing it to ability draft... 250 starting gold can definitely create a gap on the midlane, that if abused properly can make the midlaner snowball extremely hard. You mentionned first blood, let me tell you that when I'm mid at 6k mmr, and my mid opponent gets FB on a teammate, and brings a bottle very early, you are absolutely DONE, because he will just push you out the lane before the first water rune spawn, and since he prevented you to farm you dont have bottle at 2mn so you get a naked water rune, while he gets 2 more bottle charges, and then you're absolutely done mid, there's no recovering without ganks most of the time.

Ah this one feels a bit of a bug abuse not an actual strat like veno and visage. Just because swapping back and forth doesn't seem intended, alch should have the gold and not other heroes since his design is made to need more items.

Seems it, though I'm not sure if the Alchemist still gets the gold. If he doesn't, this still seems 'balanced' in some sense, but it's definitely dubious. Hope it gets fixed, becasue it doesn't seem right.

Kinda? But at the same time, it's not an unsurmountable advantage like all the midas bugs. But, it'll probably get fixed since it's only so long until someone discovers a hero where having 850 starting gold is completely, and uttely busted.
