I was unable to transfer mods this way. I achieved the state required but my mods just didn't transfer. Seems the 4 identical weapons and mod drop/pickup method is the most reliable one.

Can you dupe the durability of the NoMsgFound Master Sword to other weapons?

MNF has durability, but it has a tag that makes it unbreakable. It has around 40 durability I think

I put the broad sword and lynel saber and added to my master sword lol can i add fire on top of

There's currently no way to fuse more than one thing to a weapon at a time, so if I'm reading your question correctly, then probably not
