2:00 - that looks really sketchy, dont run the exe. Find your backup product key by navigating to the Registry Editor as administrator and find Computer/HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/SoftwareProtectionPlatform and you can see it next to BackupProductKeyDefault within the Windows Registry. Don't be running dodgy exe files on your machine.

hey man i love your videos. so i need help with something. recently i got a brand new dell inspiron 17 3000 laptop. and i'v only had it for a few days, and every time i boot it up it shows 100% disc usage. i tried all of your fixes, and even factory reseted windows 10, and nothing worked. is there anything else i could do. like would switching to windows 7 or reseting the hard drive fix the problem. please reply as soon as possible.

You can use Linux FX having a pretty good look & feel of windows 10. It also has provisions to run windows applications inbuilt.

How to permanently solve bsod error in windows 10? I have tried several ways to upgrade my windows 10 1909 version to 20H2 version, but it's getting stuck somewhere I don't know! As a result my PC is facing BSOD errors often. I have a licensed copy of windows 10. A green color tick mark is showing in the update section displaying it's updated, but when I am checking using winver command from RUN, it's showing version 1909 & not 20H2! So how can I update my windows 10 Pro and avoid BSOD errors. I have all my driver's updated too, both for the motherboard & graphics Card. Please help 🙏

Great Tutorial. But you need to highlight the CMD instructions by enlarging the CMD Window big enough for people to see. Put the instructions in a banner with large enough Font on lower center part of the video; like a Subtitle. Don't expect people would pick up your message on such technical matter just by using default size and your voice. Know that most people see your video in Handphone.

I have watched this entire video but I can’t find my solution…My situation is I have used Windows 10 Home (Purchased Retail License) in a Acer Aspire 3 laptop but due to the laptop become slow, so I decided to send the laptop to a E-waste agency, but I forget to remove the product key from that laptop and build an assembled desktop. Now I want to use that original license which I used my Acer system. Please tell me a suitable solution…I am waiting for your reply. Thank you.

I purchased a new windows 8 Pro original disc which I installed on my last PC, and it was automatically upgraded later to Windows 10 Pro for free. Since then, I joined the Microsoft insider program where they updated me to Windows 11 (despite my i7-700k CPU not being compliant with their Win11 spec). I am now building a complete new PC, If I can transfer, will it be a Win 10 or Win11 version?

You can clone your current HD and install into new PC with any windows version. An OEM can be transferred with a MOBO change by linking the license to a MS account and then following MS activation directions for hardware change.

Just take your SSD out of your old PC and put it in your new PC. Done! This is how I did it.

To transfer the license, it needs to be first removed from the old PC. However if you have the product key from the old PC, you can try activating it on the new machine. Chances are less but you can try.

Nice video; however, my issue is different in that my motherboard went bad and I cannot get in to deactivate the key. Is there a way you are aware of that will allow me to install on my new system? I have all of the original Windows 10 info including the product key. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Call Microsoft. They will deactivate it on your current pc. Warning: it will take some time

I rebuilt my old machine (X99 > 12700K / Z690) and copied down my product ID, not my product key (doh!!). This was just what I needed to retrieve it - thanks! I had to partially rebuild the old machine so now I have the mobo, power supply, video card, and hard drive all laying out on a table. I got past not having any SATA cables handy by connecting up an external HD enclosure with the eSATA cable run backwards (regular SATA connector to the mobo, eSATA to the enclosure). Subbing a USB C connector to short the power switch and it booted right up! I'm no MacGuyver, but I am proud of myself for saving some $. Don't be shy, people, but also don't electrocute yourself.
