We recently transported our African Parrot "Maximus" on a long car trip from NY to our winter home in Florida. We bought a totally wired cage so he could see & hear us all the way. Maxi was amazingly well behaved and very quiet, even for the overnight. I think the open cage was the trick. Riding in a new and beautiful Mercedes SUV didn't hurt. The little Prince loved it!😂
