Thank you so much for doing these vlogs! I want to express my deepest appreciation for this video in particular because Ordino holds a very dear place in my heart. I used to spend my weekends in Ordino all year long when I was younger, so it's like my second home (I am born and raised in Barcelona). It was so nice that you even went inside the church. I actually personally know the priest that takes care of it, you could have actually gone and spoken with him, his English is excellent! It was so nice to hear his voice once again! I also would love to commend you on your effort to bring more visibility to Andorra since it is a very little known country. I am currently working abroad and I am terribly homesick and this video made me feel so much better!

As you obviously enjoy the Pyrenees (best mountain range in western Europe in my opinion, knock the Alps sideways!) you should try the two ends of the range. At the Mediterranean end you can find 1,000 year old castles (Les Chateaux Vertigineuses) built by the Cathars (I think) on the tops of the mountains (how!!) and at Tautevel evidence of human habitation dating back nearly 0.5M years. At the other, Atlantic, end the Basque Country straddles France and Spain with its curious language, specific architecture and excellent cuisine.

Andorra is not cheap, you are visiting in the off off off season, in the winter the prices of hotels are 4-5 times more then summer, the rest fo the prices will double or tripple.

Okay, yeah I guessed it was probably more expensive in the winter. Sounds like summer is the best time to go then, especially if you want to hike and explore the mountains. Skiing is too expensive any which way you do it.
