I've been studying for a while now. Planning to move to the Philippines eventually and get married. I've about got it all down. Have to be in the country for six months before they do my security clearance to where they just look at my record for the Philippines in order to get a 13A spousal Visa to be able to remaind in the Philippines permanently. Thanks for doing what you do to help others out. I'm going to check out your channel since I just stumbled upon it.

Hi I have a felon charge(it's not drug related issue) when I was a intern back in US year 2019. I did not get deported since I am from Philippines and faced the charges and gave me time served by the judge although it made me extend my stay in the US without renewing my passport for 6 months to face the charges in the court. Also my Law attorney that time told me I can go back to US after 5 years but I won't push my luck since it cause hundreds of thousand peso to go back to US. I wanted to apply to New Zealand for a new internship program. My question is will they ever detect my past charge when it comes to Visa application? I've been really down knowing that it all makes big impact on your life, but yeah I want to try again in life. Thank you so much, new subscriber here. Any advise or comments would help me a lot.

You should be fine to get in as long as you haven't done more that 12 months in jail or 2 or more jail sentences equalling more that 12 months, and as long as the crime doesn't include violence ect. New Zealand is expensive to live, the pay is crap and the housing market is way way over priced.

I am actually looking to move to Portugal with a felony. I am hoping to get retirement visa as I make around $4000 a month take home and have roughly $12000 in the bank. My felony is a drug conviction - delivery/manufacturing as I was caught selling a gram of cocaine. I never did any time and all my probation has been finished as of 1sept18. I am seeing that this might be too recent for me to be allowed into the country on a visa and eventually dual citizenship as Portugal does not require you give up your US passport. I know your not going to be able to tell me yes or no, but I'm trying to give you a ideal of my whole situation and hoping that you are able to give me a little bit of insight as you said in your video you were pretty knowledgeable on this subject. @Bonetactical I’m a flight attendant with a 16 y/o felony on my record. Obviously the airlines thought it was ok with it being an old charge (Credit card fraud & ID fraud) and no new charges since, however I recently was detained while working a flight to Canada; they kept me in customs for 2 hours before allowing me to go to the hotel where my crew was; only for the night and to report back to the airport several hours later and before the flight we were working left to get my confiscated passport back and to be escorted to the gate. Most humiliating thing ever to be detained while the rest of my crew watched 🤦🏽‍♂️ I want to go to the UK for Christmas this year and was wondering if I’ll experience the same thing?

@@albertthedogeinstein7983 Just that. Whether you have experience traveling abroad, and what your experience(s) were like. •I've heard that if you get refused at one border that it will basically ruin all future chances at other borders because it looks bad. That if you do make it into one than you will have better chances in the future if you travel to that same country again/or with other countries. •I've heard that the more established you're trip/vacation is the better off your chance(s) is/are. Meaning that you have a set span for your trip, and have to and return tickets, hotel/motel/hostel tickets etc, event tickets etc. If you have any contacts that it may be a good thing to improve your chances being let in. •Having proof that you have all the money you could possibly require for your trip and departure. •I've heard that the police at the airports of other countries are very concerned about people just flying there and staying forever without permission so that these things are helpful to show to them so they know you are not going to do that. I'm looking for felon's actual experiences. Especially felons with more serious crimes... whether they had a long spam of zero police contact and if that affected their chances etc.

mr smiley it’s pretty simple you just move to a war zone. You’re gonna have to fly to the closest country you can and then smuggle yourself in on foot or with help. Just Google the current most dangerous place on earth buy a plane ticket to get as close as you can and then get the rest of the way there yourself. Join up with one of the local militia groups or pick a side of levers fighting who. If you survive long enough to outlast the conflict in your resume will speak for itself and you’ll have a great skill set without having to spend much money. If you’re looking for an easier route then you’re looking towards the wrong business nothing worth doing or having is easy young man

Well yeah I've got a passport and from what I understand it really up to the country you want to go to and whether or not they want to be nice enough to allow in ? I want to be Jewish more than anything but I am terrified that I might not be allowed to visit the State of Israel being that I'm a convicted felon even though it was non violent 😢

What about your return going threw us customs as a US citizen. Do they give a guy a hard time after 20 years has gone by. I would think I would not be the first felon to travel and return home
