I went to Bergen in March 2018, I had a fjord safari booked and took the train from Bergen to Flam. due to the weather conditions there were some delays with the train... so if anyone is traveling by train during winter... just make sure you leave 2-3 hours earlier haha. very informative video though

The open borders without control isn't a EU thing. It is called Schengen area agreement - which Norway (and Germany) are a part of. Bergen is - as you say - not a place for watching northern light. You must go much further north. Tromsø is a good place for watching northern light. Buit where have got that idea that Tromsø is some northern limit for watching northern light? There is no such limit. You do the same as all other tourists - running to the same places. Norway has thousand of other places that can match that.

As one who followed the other videos of your adventures on both channels, this was an excellent wrap up of your experiences. The influx of North Sea oil money has certainly affected the cost of enjoying Norway's natural beauty.

Great tips guys. I travel to Norway every year, sometimes twice a year for the last 10 years. Not easy to pronounce Bodø, but certainly it is not Buda as you pronounce it. Way out :-) Norway is great all year around. But yes, in the Summer months the popular places can be packed with people. But Norway has fantastic places that are not so popular almost as good as the popular ones. One has to find them

That visa talk a bit arrogant. Not all the people who view this videos are from western countries

Sorry if it came across like this, but it wasn't meant to be...we kept it short and stated that it is "easy" meaning that the visa process is the same as for any other Schengen country (so no special rules here to consider for those who know of the Schengen regulations). We both know how difficult it is for certain nationalities to get into schengen in the first place.

BackPacker Steve all good mate. I know so many people who can afford to travel Norway, but can't do it with their passport as simply European countries don't issue visit visa for them. Most of them have to go with tour groups. Which sucks. BTW your videos are very informative. Keep up the good work.
