That thing which u ate was daal in english its called pulses , its good in protein and also it has better protein content then egg ,,. Its most common breakfast here with roti(that bread u said ) , along with sabji (which is missing in ur breakfast but its okay ) , combination of vegetables are called salad consist of cucumber ,onion ,lemon ,,,, loved the way u approach in video ,good work ❤
