1. It was a different website before, but I guess they changed it. Check out peruways.com, it costs around $60. 2. We went in at 6am, so there was no queue at that time. 3. Booked our hotel through booking.com Tips: Don't buy souvenirs in Aguas Calientes, it's triple the price compared to Cusco. Thanks for watching! Enjoy your vacation !
