Can you buy these adapters in Australia?

Thanks for the videos. After watching i bought an airmini. I was finding it really noisy so i added a tube adapter with a Qtube then my normal slim hose with a f20 mask, a quiet air elbow and humidX plus. A friend tells me i shouldn’t use the quiet air elbow due to it restricting C02 on exhalation. Can i ask your opinion? Cheers

As usual great stuff. I find the regular HumidX is still too drying. Would the HumidX Plus do the trick even if not in dryer climates?

Since the Humidx Plus is slightly bigger than the standard, it should provide more moisture for your therapy.

You can also use a resplabs CPAP Hose Adapter which will connect a regular hose and let you use any mask you want.

The problem using the AirMini is ResMed has made it so ONLY ResMed masks can be used with it. Sneaky. And I cannot use ResMed mask. I worked in a sleep lab and got to test many things. Other travel brands you can use all masks. But not ResMed. Thanks for the info

Question. I am trying to reduce the noise without losing the humidifier. I just started using the mini getting ready for a month of travel. I kept waking up feeling like I was in a loud wind tunnel with Darth Vader. Also If I use the adapter for another mask I also lose the humidifier. Any suggestions of how to lower the noise?

Since the humidx connection on the Airmini is vented, it is difficult to quiet the noise, but you can try to make sure that the tubing and mask are connected properly. Also, on the Airmini settings, make sure the EPR level is set to full-time and the level is 3. Additionally, make sure the response on the Airmini is soft instead of standard.
