wherever you drill the hole, how can you tell whether there are termites 2 3 or 5 feet further up (or down) from where you drill? Plus wherever you inject, how can you ensure that it will travel through the remaining 7 or 8 feet up (or down) the stud? Are there alternative means of viewing behind the walls? ie microwaves, thermal as well and how well do they work?

Certain applications only fill up so much...I believe they tell you how much they fill up...one for example is around 18x18 inches....

I don't know much about termites so I could be way off base with this. In reading about termites, I have learned that there are over 2000 species. The three most common are 1. Subterranean, 2. Drywood, and 3. Dampwood. The most common and most damaging is the Formosan Subterranean termite. In this video the gentleman mentions that this "treatment" is for the Drywood termite. Not for the most damaging, Formosan Subterranean. What good does it do to treat for one type but not the worst. And in asking that question. Why can't all be treated with a single type of treatment?

Dry wood termites is most hard to treat,subterranian more easy to treat.
