I have both hip and knee pain. I’m very active fifty year old female. Tennis. Pickleball. Strength training. Which should I prioritize the hip or knee exercises? Is there hope, in the other words will I get better?

I would start with the knees. There is hope, the body is extremelly strong adaptable. If you follow these exercises you will see improvement.
