Which is stronger mind or body? The short answer is your mind. All commands must come from your brain before your body responds. Your brain is in charge of your body, not the other way around. If you think in your mind, I am tired, it hurts, or I can't do it then that is exactly how your body is going to respond.

Most ppl would be of the opinion tht it is nicer to listen to a podcast when speakers talk more fluently , slowly , but steadily, not in a jerky fashion like a car @ a traffic jam and definitely not gropping for words and filling the gaps with " u know" or "....like..." or "....like kinda.. " Those speakers who speak at a constant tempo are pleasant to listen to...

Sid's talk is refreshing as always... However the interviewers pace is tooooo sleepy. Almost puts me to sleep when he speaks especially the time he takes to get the right words.

What is the relationship between mind and body? The mind-body connection is the communication between your thoughts and your feelings. While you might think of your feelings as something that exists in your mind, the word “feeling” implies a physical sensation. Your feelings are a bodily experience. All of your feelings have bodily sensations that define them.

What is the mind vs body debate? The mind-body problem is really two problems. The item problem concerns the nature of mental items: are they or are they not physical? The essence problem concerns the nature of the defining essences of mental phenomena - consciousness and intentionality: can they or can they not be explained in physical terms.

The mind is responsible for thinking, and the body is responsible for doing. However, both our conscious and unconscious minds can affect our biological functioning. So, in order to have optimal brain and body health, the mind and body must work together.

What is the difference between the mind brain and the body? Brain is the physical organ inside the skull of the animals while the mind is a sense of consciousness that takes place inside the mind. All the memories of an organism are stored by the brain in the form of neuron fibres.
