Love it! Here’s some super cute/random info for today: a group of butterflies can be called a “flutter”❣️ But my favorite is a term used for a group of hummingbirds…they’re called a “shimmer” 🥰

Those butterflies are SO cute!!! Yes a collection of flowers in the negative space is a great idea.... Took an idea from Mimi and placed some stumps and logs in strategic places, instant 'art' and habitat too.

Those butterflies are a great addition. My hellebores mirror my own feelings when things get frosty. They fall out when it’s too cold, and perk back up when temps rise.

Your gardens are beautiful Jenny, but then you are a pro. I love my hellobores, right now they are buried under 7" of snow. Don't to much trust the new zone rating by the USDA. They moved us from a 6b to a 7, and right now we have negative temps. We are in a arctic blast for a week now. While the snow cover does help, these temps will kill most zone 7 plants. The butterflies are so cute.

With age(just turned 65), I look for ANY way to make gardening more comfortable. A good little helper when sitting on the ground clipping such as monkey grass or hellebores, is to have the lid of my lined trash can, next to me to put clippings into, instead of having to raise all the way to the top of the can to drop them in. When the lid is full, I can stand up and empty it into the lined trash can. It really does save my shoulders.

I wonder if you'll get rust drip lines going down your wall after a time? Maybe, if you just barely screwed them in a little to hold them, but not against the wall? Then they are juat floating and not as much of a risk of the rust staining your wall?? They are so darn cute!!
