Hey Sumukh, you just made my day today! I spent over an hour on the phone with LG support yesterday and they could not figure out what was going on. Did all the resets, app deletes/reinstalls and NOTHING! I watched your video and changing the DNS server info fixed the problem! Thanks again!

Thank you for the video! I couldn't even launch the LG Content Store at all much less update any of the apps. As soon as I updated the DNS I was able to launch the LG Content Store app and update all of my apps!

Thanks for this. Tried everything and looked at numerous videos but this one is the first suggesting connection to mobile hotspot. Worked brilliantly. Why on earth dont lg be upfront about these issues and provide solutions. TVs aren’t cheap and the service from them is non existent.

How do you sort youtube playlist by date on lg tv? It used to be sorted by date but now its sorted by alphabets. Why did it change it? On my phone its sorted by date though

I worked with LG and Netflix both were not sure. i just logged into my personal hotspot and was able to download and update to the LG TV. Man oh man.. there is definately a problem between the LG software and the internet providers. Thanks for your help your the best.

Good info. I just spent hours troubleshooting my LG TV. There are a handful of things that I needed to do including this to get it to work. It was a wash rinse repeat method until it worked. Won't buy any more LG products.

Thanks for this. Worked for me. My issue seems to be my new router as some apps on my phone also had issues loading. The Google DNS servers helped on the TV and other devices.

ok, we have a 65” lg tv , we have had it for several years, at least 5-7 years, we never before had to agree to any terms on it. it has been connected to a fire stick and a surround system. all of a sudden, today, it started popping up the user agreement window and asking us to agree to all their terms, no opt out option. we keep closing the window without agreeing and it keeps popping up while watching tv, very annoying. do you know how to keep this from happening? we dont want to agree to any terms. we have had it for so long, why all of a sudden is it doing this? hope you can help

I'm not sure I have an explanation for this. The terms are from LG? The only thought I have is LG, for some reason, requiring agreement to updated terms and it popping up even for a TV as old as yours. Other than contacting LG about the issue, I don't know a resolution to this. Sorry I can't be of more help.

It is constantly stating that error message? Possible resolutions: Unplug your TV from the wall, wait for a minute, then plug in again. Also, perhaps remove WiFi network then connect it again. Otherwise, contact LG Support. Thanks for watching.
