RSE has the best customer service. I do have to say ive had a lot of issues with my GEN2 on my JL until I switched from gas struts to springs. It is a pain to replace motors and struts, get some help from a friend and a few adult beverages. Should be an afternoon project for both sides. If you havent switched to springs yet that should be your next step, well worth it.

RSE is top notch in customer service. I had a bad circuit board on my Gen3 and RSE sent out a replacement.

Unfortunately that's true, but they are the best thing out there for a slider and step combo.
