Your how to guide on steaming milk has helped completely change the texture I get and I've been practicing for ages off others' tutorials. Your visual style of teaching, the way you describe when exactly is too hot, and the angling of the pitcher have all been super helpful. I still can't draw latte art well yet but the texture has made it so much easier to have that fine level of control instead of just getting lucky with a pour every now and then.
