Thank you for teaching us how to cable in Tunisian. That is an unusual way to use a cable needle.

I bought my first tunisian hook - double pointed with a cable - let me tell ya - it was hard trying to figure out this new hobby. I already know how to crochet so this was something I needed to know to make larger panals. I tried following other tutorials but of course they only did a "one and done", video. But you have taken me to another level and I want to do more... Heck, after all I have all the tunisian hooks w/cables looking for a project... Thanks...

I Love your videos for learning Tunisian patterns. You explain things so clearly. I feel like I'm learning a lot in such a short time, being that I'm new to tension crochet.

Great video - I so appreciate when you tell us (and write in description) how much a particular stitich will curl. Thanks for your super instruction.

Wow! This one is a bit more complex, but I finally know what the cable needle is called and why/how it's used, LOL. I've puzzled over that more than once when they are included in hook sets. Thanks for another great tutorial. I'm going to have to try this one.

Toni, you are an awesome teacher! I've missed knitting because projects took a long time to complete. Since I began watching your videos, I'm going to give Tunisian crochet a try. i just ordered some needles/hooks and I am going to purchase this pattern.

Hi Toni, Love this pattern. I make angel pockets for a charity. So I have to make a C2C pattern for the back whereas the front pocket and the head cap would have to be triangles. I was wondering if you could guide me to make this pattern a C2C, please 🙏🏼

Can you show how to begin this project? I know you said it needs a Foundation of multiples of 6 (+8), but I need to know how you began the project. I am not literate enough to understand the written directions you provide on your website. I love this pattern and would love to use it on some pima cotton yarn I bought.

Since you are starting from row 3, what do you do for rows 1 & 2?

I wondering How do you start , ? Do you have a any pattern from the beggining where & how to begin ?
@emilyc89834 жыл бұрын
You do a setup row like you normally would. 1- chain the number of stitches needed (I don't remember what the multiple was but she said it at the beginning of the video) 2- pull up a loop on each stitch across 3- standard return pass 4- Start the cable work where the video picks up. 4- repeat rows 3-8 until desired length. Hope this helps!!

I have tried this 3 times. My cables don't stay in position before doing the return pass. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Its the only pattern of yours I've really struggled to get a handle on.
