Thanks Nate for the Sunday Scan. I’ve only been trading for a short time but your videos and Twitter posts have helped me out tremendously. I can’t thank you enough! My key take away this week is to focus on no more than two stocks at the open this week. I made a huge mistake on Friday and cut a winner because I was focusing on too much at the open. I got distracted, didn’t “look left”, panicked and I didn’t let the trade develop. Lesson learned! Looking forward to this week and next weekend’s event. Have a great night, go Seahawks!

Key takeaways are don’t try to step in front of the trend by trying to guess the top. It’s better see it test & fail, test & fail. Then it’s showing the top. The stock should be under VWAP & not over for a good short thesis. Look for those stocks where pumpers push the stock up, people start to chase then has a huge pullback. Shorts start to get aggressive then the pumpers ramp it back to get short & ride it back down. Great lesson Nate!

Ran into the very issue you mentioned about focusing on just two last week. Got overly focused on looking for a JKS crack that I missed multiple chances to go back and lean plenty off of HYLN. Really looking to only focus on what I've planned for this coming week, especially if they work as expected right off the open or first 15 minutes. On another note, I dig the flyover shot.

What I took away was having a clear plan with key levels that tell you whether your thesis is right or wrong, and that's where your stops should be when its going against you, or where your thesis has been confirmed and your right, so you should be adding to your winner. Having key levels for both confirmations are essential, and allows you to adjust accordingly once your in the trade and gives you a framework for allowing the trade to work and be a potential big winner or something you can minimize your losses with, because we're playing percentages here.
